Policies
NEW CLIENTS/FULL SETS: i require a 50% non refundable deposit on all full sets & new clients as a show of good faith that you will come to the appointment you are booking. this will go toward the total cost of your appointment, so you will only owe the remaining half at the time of your service. no showing or cancelling last minute means you will forfeit your deposit (per my cancellation policy below). this is done to maintain respect for my time. of course, i will refund deposits if you cancel before the 24 hour mark.
TARDINESS: please arrive on time to your appointment. appointments are booked back to back. arriving late means you will not receive the full time slot i’ve allotted for the service you’re having done, which means we may not have time to achieve the look you want. I WILL NOT SPEND EXTRA TIME ON ANYONE WHO ARRIVES TARDY AND SETS THE CLIENTS THAT FOLLOW BEHIND SCHEDULE.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: i require 24 hours notice on all cancellations. should you cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hrs notice, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. no shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service. this is done to protect my time that i have set aside for you. not providing ample notice means i lose that time and someone else missed out on an appointment time they could have booked. no hard feelings, i know things happen, money makes things weird, but i need to maintain the integrity of my business & cannot make exceptions. *cancellation/no show fees must be paid BEFORE i will schedule your next appointment*
UPGRADES/DOWNGRADES: downgrades in services booked are considered a cancellation. if you need to change the service you’re receiving or add to your appointment, i need to know in advance to make sure we a.) have enough time to add to your appointment, or b.) i can open up the additional time to fit in another client. should you downgrade your appointment with less than 24 hrs notice, my late cancellation policy will apply to that portion of your appointment.
for example, if you book a full set & brow lamination, you cannot wait until your appointment to let me know you will only be doing a lash tint & brow wax (a multiple hour appointment vs a 20 min appointment). if you’re booked for a fill, i need to know in advance if you know you are past 50% and need an extended fill.
MASCARA/MAKEUP: mascara is NOT to be used with lash extensions. please make sure you are thoroughly cleaning your lashes prior to your appointment. i will not be able to continue servicing anyone who comes to their appointment with mascara/lash glue/makeup in their lash line.
PAYMENT: payment is due at the time of your appointment, BEFORE YOU LEAVE. please respect that this is my business and payment should be rendered at the time of service, just like it would be at a traditional salon. i cannot accept payment from your car or once you get home.
GUESTS: appointments are for clients only. please do not bring additional guests to your appointment. thank you for understanding.
REFUNDS & 2 DAY RETENTION RULE: there are no refunds on any services. if you are having issues with retention after your service, please contact me within 48 hours. i will do a touch up & or make any necessary changes free of charge if you contact me within this time period & see me within four (4) days of your appointment. we can work around your schedule! if you choose to wait until your next fill, then you are subject to normal fill prices.
